1. Acceptance

By using firmo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services

firmo provides a platform for digital signage management. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, the content you upload and display, and compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes or to violate the rights of others.

4. Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to provide the service. We ensure that they meet appropriate data protection and security requirements.

  • PostgreSQL: database for application and account data (EU/US); session-based authentication as part of application hosting.

  • Stripe: payment processing.

  • Google: calendar and related APIs when you connect them.

  • Microsoft: Microsoft 365 and calendar APIs when you connect them.

  • Salesforce: CRM APIs when you connect them.

  • Pipedrive: CRM APIs when you connect them.

  • HubSpot: CRM APIs when you connect them.

  • Analytics tools: optional usage statistics (EU, where applicable); cloud infrastructure: hosting.

  • Slack: Slack APIs when you connect the Slack integration, including workspace and channel data used for signage.

If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us. Our processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the updated terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
